Before
A real estate investor came to us with no bookkeeping records in place. Multiple properties, tenant rent and security deposits, active loans, and a recent refinancing were all unrecorded. There was no balance sheet, no way to see what the portfolio was worth, and no clear picture of income or expenses by property.
What We Did
Over one month and five collaborative meetings, we built the books from the ground up in QuickBooks. Every property purchase was properly recorded, rent and security deposits categorized, and expenses tracked by individual property. New loans and refinancing were posted accurately, and we created a complete balance sheet reflecting true assets and liabilities for the entire portfolio.

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200 per month. Pricing is customized based on the size and complexity of your business. Your exact rate is discussed and confirmed before any proposal is signed. No surprises.
No. If you are not yet set up on QuickBooks Online, we schedule a dedicated setup meeting and guide you through the process step by step, including connecting your bank accounts and setting up a payroll service if your business needs one.
Crown Eagle uses a proposal agreement for all monthly bookkeeping clients. Once you approve the proposal and sign it, we are ready to get started. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time, as billing occurs on the first of each month.
After your introduction call, if it is a good fit, you will receive a proposal outlining the recommended services and pricing. Once you sign the proposal, we schedule your onboarding meeting within a couple of days and get to work right away.
Crown Eagle uses a secure, branded client portal for day-to-day communication. Through the portal we ask questions about transactions, request documents, and keep everything organized in one safe place. For urgent questions you can text Anastasia directly and receive a same-day response, typically within a couple of hours.
That is exactly what we handle. Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping is one of our core services. We assess your situation, scope the project, and give you a clear plan before any work begins. A deposit is required to start cleanup work.

Crown Eagle specializes in real estate, construction, marketing and creative agencies, medical and dental practices, and e-commerce businesses. We are not the right fit for restaurants or liquor stores, as those industries require specialized accounting expertise outside our focus area.
